帝国CMS如何调用tag标签模板来实现相关文章?

用tag标签调用相关文章的方法已经在帝国官方论坛上发布，但是使用的功能效率太低，参数无法设置，使用起来不方便。之前小杰帮客户做帝国cms二次开发的时候，使用tag标签来调用相关文章，这非常容易使用、效率也高。

一、自定义函数

自定义函数user_OtherLink，将此函数放入eclassuserfun.php文件中。
